Curtin University teamed up with a residential Aged Care group, The Brightwater Centre, to undertake interprofessional education programs within a residential aged care facility. Health disciplines included nursing, medicine, pharmacy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology and dietetics. Students engage the resident through one to one contact and student led programs.
