Clinical Educators can promote learning by developing a student’s reflective practice. Reflective practice integrates new experiences with previous knowledge and develops self awareness.There is some excellent information and resources (framework, questions, worksheets, strategies etc) about developing reflective practice and self evaluation within ‘The OTPEC-Q's Clinical Educator's Resource Kit.
